| Geese Geese are medium to large birds. All geese eat an exclusively vegetarian diet. Both sexes look mostly alike, although some species have differences in plumage. Gander are very protective of the nestling female and goslings, but do not share incubation duties. |

Orinoco (Neochen Jubata) Both Orinoco Goose sexes are identical in colour. They could be aggressive towards other waterfowl if kept in a very small enclosure. Orinoco Geese feed primarily by grazing adjacent to the water, but love to occasionally eat live fish . Orinoco Geese are cavity nesters.
